Acupressure is a similar technique to acupuncture without the needles. This is a light, energetic form of TCM that uses pressure on meridians instead of needles, to help promote wellness and balance. Your practitioner will speak to you to find your imbalances and create a service based on your needs to promote wellness and healing.

Tui Na
This traditional Chinese therapy makes use of rhythmic compression techniques along different energy channels of the body called meridians, helping to establish harmonious flow of Qi throughout the body and bringing it back into balance. Similar to Acupuncture, this session focuses on the overall health of the client, instead of using needles for bringing balance, the practitioner uses acupressure, stretching, and massage techniques to promote wellness. Please note that this is not a traditional massage.

Reflexology
Reflexology applies pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, head, and ears. This session helps with reflex points that align with different organs in the body and relieves pressure from the feet, hands, and head. Shamanic Foot Detox Bath and Reflexology
This session will start with a gentle and soothing Shamanic Foot Bath to promote grounding, energy clearing and detoxification. Your feet are soaked in a warm relaxing blend of Epsom Salt, Ginger Tea, and Baking Soda after which you will then receive a 45-minute foot reflexology session with smudging and Reiki energy work to promote relaxation and grounding further.

Cupping Treatment
Cupping therapy utilizes silicone, plastic or glass cups to form a suction on the skin, which helps improve circulation, creates space in the tissue, and reduces muscle pain and tension. This is ideal for someone who may be experiencing chronic pain and looking to release tension. Note that this therapeutic service may leave some minor round red marks from stagnation and toxins that your body is ready to release.

Gua Sha uses small tools in a scraping motion along the skin to relieve stagnation within the blood and Qi, loosen muscle and fascial adhesion's and promote healing and relaxation. This is good to assist in chronic pain, cosmetically to remove cellulite and anti aging for the face. Note that this therapeutic service may leave some minor red marks along the treated areas from stagnation and toxins that your body is ready to release.

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, help to relieve swelling and also circulate the lymphatic system to support detoxification of the lymph nodes. Developed by the osteopathic physician John E. Upledger using extensive scientific studies, this modality is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the body. While using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST is used as a preventive health treatment.
